Add all ingredients to shaking tins and dry shake, then add a bit of ice and wet shake. Double strain into Sour Glass. Garnish with 6 dots of Angostura bitters and score them with a pick to make feather pattern.
Add gin and tonic to Collins glass then add ice. Dip spoon side of bar spoon down to bottom of glass and give a light stir to gently integrate ingredients. Garnish with a perfectly cut lime wedge.
Add soda to Collins glass. Add all ingredients except soda into shaking tins. Shake all ingredients and strain into a Collins glass. Add ice and garnish with mint sprig.
.5 oz Cherry Syrup (from jar of maraschino cherries)
.75 oz Egg White
2 dash Absinthe
2 oz Soda Water
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients except soda water to shaking tins. Dry shake, add a few cubes and whip shake. Double strain into a chilled Collins glass over two ice cubes. Add 2 oz soda slowly. Spritz once with orange flower water. Finish with picked cherry.
