Our Gently Peated American Single Malt is a nod to the traditions of Scotland and the distillers who helped inspire our craft.

To create it, we import heavily peated malt from one of Scotland’s finest maltsters and mash it with our locally grown Idaho barley. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills and shaped by the pure mountain water of the Idaho Highlands, the result is a whiskey that brings together Old World inspiration and New World character.

Unlike heavily peated whiskies that can overwhelm the palate, our approach is intentionally restrained. The peat is woven gently into the spirit, adding subtle layers of smoke while allowing the richness of the malt to remain front and center.

The result evokes the quiet atmosphere of a forested glen—cool air, running water, and the faint, comforting smoke of a distant fire.
