INGREDIENTS
2oz WARFIELD GIN
loz HOUSE MADE TONIC
3oz SODA WATER
LEMON, LIME, GRAPEFRUIT GARNISH
DIRECTIONS
Blend Grapefruit, Orange, Lime, Lemon
Juice and zest with Lemongrass & spices(coriander, allspice, juniper berries)
Cook the blend down with cinchona bark & then sweeten with demerara syrup.
MIX
Pour gin, tonic, and soda water over ice. Garnish with Lemon, Lime, & Grapefruit

INGREDIENTS
2oz Warfield Gin
0.5oz Celery Juice
0.5oz Lime Juice
1.5oz Honey Syrup
DIRECTIONS
Shaken, served up with celery stick.

INGREDIENTS
2oz Warfield Organic Whiskey
0.5oz Rouge Vermouth
0.25oz Drambuie
0.25oz Punt e Mes
Dash of Aromatic Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Stir and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Warfield Organic Gin
0.5oz Benedictine
0.5oz Hopped Honey
1oz Lemon Juice
Garnish with Orange Twist & Fresh Blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Add 1 scoop ice to Cocktail Shaker
Measure & add gin, benedictine, &hopped honey to shaker
Shake to chill, strain over ice, & garnish
HOPPED HONEY
Equal parts Honey to Water
Organic Idaho 7 Hops(check with your local home brew shop)
Bring to a boil, Strain, & Store in cool dry place

INGREDIENTS
8 Muddled Mint Leaves
2oz Vodka
0.75oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Orgeat
DIRECTIONS
Shaken, topped with club soda and mint.

Shaken over ice, strain, served up with a grapefruit garnish.

SPICED BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
INGREDIENTS
2oz Warfield Organic Whiskey
0.75oz Lemon Juice
1oz Spiced Cassis Syrup
Garnish with Fresh Blackberry
SPICED CASSIS SYRUP
2 Cups of Blackberries
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Cups of Water
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Star Anise
3 Cloves
3 Black Peppercorn
Bring to a Boil and Strain

INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Warfield Organic Whiskey
1oz Sweet Vermouth
1oz Toasted Coconut Infused Campari
Stir and strain over ice in a rock glass, garnish with an orange twist.
CAMPARI
Toast unsweetened coconut flakes @ 400 degrees for 5 min.
Combine 1/2 cup of toasted coconut flakes with 1 cup of Campari.
Let infuse overnight and strain when completed.

INGREDIENTS
2oz Warfield's Organic Vodka
1oz Rosemary/Cranberry Shrub
Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.
ROSEMARY CRANBERRY SHRUB
1 Cup Cranberry Juice
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Cook and Stir to Combine and Let Chill.
